Making a choice about childcare is a very difficult one. That's why at Growing Hearts, we try to make it as easy as possible. We aren't only owners, but teachers and parents too! Seeing the whole picture makes it easy to create a school that's clean and educationally sound. Our school started off with a vision:

A graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a major in elementary education, Jason Richards has a passion for education. Mr. Richards is devoted to the success of every student and focuses on how little ones retain information. He has a deep understanding that we all learn and develop differently, and embraces the challenge each new student presents.
Mrs. Dee
Owner & Head of Curriculum
With ten years of experience in the field of Montessori, Diyanira Richards knows a thing or two about how to be effective in the classroom. Mrs. Dee has a special knack for helping all students of all ages learn how they learn best. With her strong background in Montessori and Bilingual knowledge, she is a truly a master of her craft.
